‘Shaking the Global Order’ Series 2, Ep.12: An Interview with Nick Bisley on the Changing Australian Political Scene and Australia’s Indo-Pacific Future June 2, 2022
I was pleased to sit down with Nick Bisley again in the virtual studio to explore the impact of a new Labour Government in Australia on its foreign policy and the views from Canberra of the Indo-Pacific and all the Biden Administration initiatives.
Nick Bisley is the Dean and Head of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and Professor of International Relations at La Trobe University in Melbourne. His research and teaching expertise is in Asia’s international relations, great power politics and Australian foreign and defence policy. Nick is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of International Affairs and he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Australian Journal of International Affairs between 2013 and 2018, the country’s oldest scholarly journal in the field of international relations. So join me as we continue to examine the changing dynamics in the Indo-Pacific and the impact of a new Australian government on these changing dynamics.
